Заключение
Своевременная диагностика нарушений функции щитовидной железы и их своевременное лечение позволяют улучшить сердечнососудистый прогноз. При этом положительных результатов можно добиться только при совместной работе эндокринологов и кардиологов. Для оценки влияния терапии на улучшение сердечно-сосудистых событий и смертность от них при субклиническом тиреотоксикозе или гипотиреозе требуется проведение рандомизированных клинических исследований.
